If it is structural, it is ours. We are not a general contractor who subcontracts the whole job and sends you an invoice.

We are based on Keystone Drive in Fort Wayne and work across Allen County, including New Haven and Huntington. If your build is outside that and you are not sure whether we travel to you, call and ask rather than assume.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Estimates are free on every job. Send photos and a description and we can usually get close before anyone drives out.

What areas do you build in?

Fort Wayne and the surrounding Allen County area, including New Haven and Huntington. If you are outside that and not sure, call (260) 602-0054 and ask.

Are you licensed, insured and bonded?

We are insured and bonded, and we are a family-owned company based on Keystone Drive in Fort Wayne. Proof of insurance goes out before work starts if you want it.

How long does a project take?

A bathroom is usually a few weeks. A garage or pole barn is a few weeks to a couple of months. A new home or a large addition runs several months. You get a schedule with the written estimate, not after you sign.

How do you handle changes once work has started?

In writing, before we carry on. You get the cost and you approve it. Nothing is added quietly and presented at the end.

Can you build on a lot I already own?

Yes, and that is most of what we do. Send us the address and we will walk it.
